The terms that apply to services provided by Vaughntero Co..
Effective date: January 1, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://vaughnteroco.click and the lamp repair, rewiring, and restoration services provided by Vaughntero Co. of 8471 W Jefferson St, Peoria, AZ 85345.
Estimates and Quotations
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the item as presented. If additional faults are discovered during disassembly, we will contact you before performing any work beyond the approved quotation. No additional charges are applied without your consent.
Acceptance of Work
Approval of a quotation, whether verbal, written, or electronic, constitutes acceptance of these terms. Turnaround estimates are given in good faith and may vary where specialty parts must be sourced.
Customer Property
Items left with us are handled with reasonable care. Antique, fragile, and previously repaired items may exhibit hidden weaknesses that only become apparent during disassembly; we will advise you of any such condition before proceeding. Items not collected within 90 days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees.
Workmanship
We stand behind the components we install and the labor we perform. Concerns arising from our workmanship should be reported promptly and will be inspected without charge. This does not cover misuse, bulbs exceeding the rated wattage, subsequent damage, or faults in parts we did not supply.
Payment
Payment is due upon collection unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
